Lethenteron Zanandreai

Lethenteron zanandreai, often known as the South European brook lamprey, is a freshwater fish species found in rivers and streams throughout Europe, notably the Neretva and Krka rivers in Croatia.

Lethenteron zanandreai is considered a natural species in Croatia and is not officially categorized as endangered. Yet, habitat loss and degradation, pollution, and other environmental stressors may have an impact on numbers.
